This program enhances community by connecting caring Mountaire® employees with seniors in need of a little help.
To help address hunger during the holidays, Mountaire® Meals for Thousands programs have been helping families on Delmarva since 1994. In North Carolina, our programs have been in place for more than 15 years. We partner with area churches, food banks, and other nonprofits to serve families a complete feast, ready to cook and just in time for the holidays.
Employees, churches, food banks, nonprofits, and neighbors work together to pack complete spring meal boxes for local families.
A ready-to-cook Thanksgiving meal—including a Mountaire roaster and all the fixings—helps partner organizations serve families during the holidays.
Pre-registered churches, food pantries, and nonprofits distribute donated meal boxes where they are needed most.
Hundreds of volunteers give their time at each event to pack and prepare thousands of boxes for pickup.
Care is reflected in how we support our animals, employees, and communities.
